In this 1984 gangster-crime movie suite Mr. Morricone chose to blend his singular instruments with a lushly arranged orchestra of strings that feels like a serenade to the attached Motion Picture. This work has fallen into the category of past works by Ennio since he has had so many award winning movie suites since 1984.
