Miller's Crossing Movie Suite
Music by Carter Burwell
In this 1990 gangster-crime movie suite, we have some music that could have been written by Morricone, with a single clarinet or a lone violin that is caught up in the orchestra as it winds its way through Irish sounding cues and themes. Actually, Mr. Burwell penned this rare gem that supports the on-screen action, or lack of, very well. With a timing of only 11:03 it is over just as it gets going. Oh well, I still hope you enjoy it. -MJ
