Mask of Zorro, The Suite
Music by James Horner
With a swiftness that enhances his ability to deliberately put the listener into the center of the action, Mr. Horner has delivered us a movie suite with gorgeous Spanish themes that is at once uplifting and inspiring. With a few minutes of love and a fun chase thrown in for good measure, the main theme is repeated enough to draw every note together to form a cohesive whole. With a timing of 31:41, added to the sequel, The Legend of Zorro, found in my next post, you have James Horner's symphonic, Zorro. At least until the next one comes out.
