The Bible Suite

Music by Hans Zimmer, Lorne Balfe, Lisa Gerrard

In this recent mini-series suite from 2013, we are treated to a majestic yet understated work of Mr. Zimmer's that speaks volumes on where his music is heading in the present future. Consisting of his current blend of voices, sythesizers and orchestral cues, we are taken on a journey to the time and places of the Bible. So much of the original score was filled with voices, chants and choral, but this movie suite is what is remaining after the majority of those have been removed. Although this ends quite suddenly, I beleive that it will hold up well to multiple listens. I hope you enjoy!  -MJ
